A highlight of our recent achievements includes the design and supply of an advanced clean water tower system for Polar Sapphire in 2021. This system is integral to the cooling of heat exchangers in various machines at their new Oakville, Ontario facility. It features an outdoor cooling tower and an indoor skid, equipped with pumps, a tank, and a heat exchanger, all meticulously assembled and piped with comprehensive controls. This ensures a reliable, easily installable, and operational solution.

Engineered for high efficiency, the system manages a flow rate of 1300 GPM and maintains a pressure of 40 PSI on the process side. This capability is crucial for handling a cooling load of 811 TR, achieving a significant temperature differential of 15°F.
