Berg supplied and installed an ammonia plate and frame chiller to the Thornton Community Centre in Ontario. The service was done as part of the municipal ice rink’s replacement of its existing shell and tube chiller. The scope of service includes the cutout and removal of the existing chiller vessel, installation and placement of the new low charge ammonia chiller package with new insulation for surge vessel as well as the pump-out and recovery of ammonia in the chilling system.
