In 2022, Berg Chilling Systems installed a 50-ton air-cooled chiller system at Martinrea’s MIC plant in Woodbridge, Ontario, to support welding applications requiring precise chilled water at 70°F for 11 production cells.
The client needed a robust, factory-tested cooling solution capable of high-capacity performance, redundancy, and reliable operation in varying conditions. Berg delivered a custom chiller system with a dual-circuit design for enhanced efficiency, advanced controls for simplified monitoring, and seamless installation for operational reliability.
The system has significantly improved cooling efficiency, ensuring continuous operation and helping Martinrea achieve its production goals with precision and energy savings.
