Berg Chilling Systems Inc., with over 50 years of expertise, leads in designing, manufacturing, installing, and servicing industrial thermal process control systems worldwide. Our diverse range of solutions includes pumping, chilling, freezing, and heating, tailored to a variety of industries including transportation, chemical & petrochemical, manufacturing, construction, food & beverage, national defense, natural resources, and recreational sports.
Since our establishment in 1972, Berg has been at the forefront of creating custom industrial chillers and thermal management systems. Our global footprint extends to over 50 countries, serving industries such as mining, transportation, and more. We pride ourselves on manufacturing to the highest quality standards, holding an ISO 9001:2015 certification, TSSA and ASME certificates of authorization, CSA certification as an electrical facility, and registration with the Canadian Welding Bureau.
In 2021, Berg played a pivotal role in supporting Spectra Aluminum's growth by designing and supplying a cooling tower and tower pump skid for their new aluminum extrusion line. This custom-designed tower is engineered to deliver the necessary cooling for the new line, while also addressing the inefficiencies of their existing tower. The current tower, limited to 146 tower tons and operating at specific temperature and flow conditions, was insufficient for Spectra Aluminum’s expanding needs. Berg’s innovative system not only meets the new line's requirements but also enhances overall efficiency and performance.
